Time Management Systems Remote Desktop Support
T.M.S. Remote Desktop support will allow our technicians to view your desktop interactively and provide quick answers and resolutions to Attendance and payroll issues. Your assigned technician will provide you with a username and password to begin your session.
To begin select your assigned technician from the list below. You will be prompted for your connection information. On success select open at the application prompt to install a self deleting application which is removed from your system on completion of your session.
If your company or contact has Remote Desktop Connection enabled you may use the T.M.S Remote Support Web Connection link for access. Server name or IP address, username and password is required for this secure connection.
Encryption is enabled on all T.M.S. Web Services.
